Hey! My name is German Gonzalez and I’m a guitarist, singer-songwriter, producer, mixing engineer, a musician basically. I’ve been playing guitar for 14 years, singing for 12, songwriting for 6 and now I’m a music blogger. In high school, I was first chair in my guitar ensemble and tenor 2 in my choir, i was pit leader of my school marching band, and was involved in the honors jazz band. When i was a J.R. in high school I took the hardest music class in high school and aced the class with a 100. I also won the most outstanding music student award from the Kennedy center in Washington D.C. I have earned a certificate in mixing from the complete mixing masterclass by Jason Allen. i also studied a few semesters of college for music education. All of this to say, i know a thing or two about music. I have started this blog because i thought it would be a great way for me to start expressing my own concerns and addressing new things that are happening in the exciting world of music.
